Michelle was my favorite stylist ever! I went to Rinse for years until I moved out of state. Michelle was the first stylist who knew how to really bring out the waves in my hair and thus, the volume. She even showed me how to wear it up for work. The salon itself is really nice, lots of light, quiet and peaceful with cool decor.

My daughter and I stopped by Rinse salon to see if they had an appointment for a shampoo and blow dry. The lady right away said that they were completely booked up. I told her that I needed an appointment a week later - and her response without looking at her schedule is that they are so busy that they are not taking any new clients. I called several salons in the same neighborhood all of them had appointments. Seemed to me that she just was being racist and did not want to do our hair. It seemed odd that all the salons in the neighborhood had availability for 2 appointments but they did not have time for one shampoo blow dry a week later. This just confirmed my experience.
