I cannot recommend Restore enough! A few weeks postpartum, I started pelvic floor physical therapy with Gabby at the Manayunk location. She has been amazing and helped me resolve postpartum symptoms with my pelvic floor, while also helping me to build strength throughout my body. The mobility work Gabby has done with me has been a game changer for me so that I can hold my child with minimal straining on my back. The workouts have also been super beneficial for me to gradually get back into shape. Candace is also great and has been a big help to get proper documentation for me to submit to my insurance company. The team at Restore is the best!
So grateful to have found Gabriela for pelvic floor therapy pre natal and plan to continue to work with her as needed post partum. She is easy to work with, explains things well, and made my visits with her so pleasant. She adjusted things according to my aches and pains. She helped me find a wonderful doula. And she offered many great resources in preparation for my upcoming labor.
I can’t say enough good things about the Manayunk location of this physical therapy practice. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being. They’ve helped me make real progress in addressing ongoing pain and muscle strength imbalances, and I feel stronger and more confident as a result.
