Traditional Asian hair salon with Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Vietnamese speaking hair dresser. The price is including hair wash and very reasonable. If you are looking for fancy hair dressing, I won't recommend.

I rarely ever write 1 stars reviews. But I could not withhold one of the poorest service and haircut I received, and to save any one else this misery because if youre looking up reviews about salons... it means you care enough about your hair. My experience is strictly with the owner who cut my hair. First, I had my hair washed. But she so busy talking to a man trying to sell chanel bags he got from nyc that she got my entire backside shirt wet. Ok take a deep breath. I said its ok. Then she takes the blow dryer on the hottest setting and attempts to dry it off as it nearly burns my skin. Not okay. Then we proceed to the haircut I asked for to please not thin out my hair, minimal layers, and only 1.5 inch to be cut off. None of those requirements were met as I finished with 3 to 4 inches off, multppe shaggy layers, and definitely thinned out. I even stopped her multiple times to ask if she was doing what I requested and proceeded to reply yes while talking to her friend about buying the chanel bag from a man who walked in trying to sell it randomly. I cant express how unprofessional and frustrated I was at my hair and why I still tipped her over 25%. Definitely should have respectfully walked away when things didnt seem right because she wasnt being respectful to me if she was so concerned buying a chanel bag from a man who just walked through the door.
