When I brought up other contractors proposed services, Taki would explain to me the advantages and disadvantages of the approaches as well as give me the option of which approach I'd like him to take. During the process, Taki would show me the work being done at each stage of the process so I was informed of the work being done on my home.

Taki and his team did an excellent job in my basement in the Lansdale / Towamencin area. TKO waterproofing was able to schedule me for a consultation immediately and his team was able to begin work very shortly after. Taki was extremely responsive during the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way and the price was unbeatable. He made what I thought would be a stressful process extremely smooth and exceeded my expectations. Taki and his team are extremely professional and top-notch, work ethic and results. Taki and his team were fantastic. I called on a Monday because I was getting water in my basement and they were out to assess and fit me in to complete the job within the same week. His team did a fantastic job, sealing off the workspace and keeping the rest of my home clean as well as minimizing damage since the work needed to be done in the finished part of my basement. I was referred to him by my parents who also had an exceptional experience. Quality work at fair pricing - highly recommend!
