I just would like to say that Mina is one of the best employees if not the best. Please for who ever is reading this, Mina is the person you need to talk to she will help you as much as she can, and go above and beyond. She deserves to be promoted to the highest level in my opinion easily the best employee thank you.

Margo was my Case Manager and she assisted me by helping me know what documemts I needed to gather, she answered all my questions, and she advocated on our behalf with a state agency to determine Mom's eligibility.
