PIT is the best exercise class I have found. I started almost two years ago when I was really out of shape and the instructors made me feel very comfortable. The classes are fun and the instructors are welcoming. For the past two years I have been working out more consistently than I have since high school and that is mostly thanks to PIT for getting me in shape and providing the opportunity to increase difficulty in workouts accordingly. All instructors are great but Danielle's classes are my absolute favorite
Love the womens strength classes with Pat at PIT. Super welcoming environment and a well rounded workout. Everyone in the class is always super nice and the variety of strength exercises make me feel strong and excited to lift.
