I've been disappointed both times I've been here. The first time I had my hair highlighted, which turned out to be the opposite of what I asked for, I asked for light brown highlights, and I got yellowish highlights instead. The second time, which was my fault for going back after my awful experience, I had my lashes lifted. The result was terrible as expected: Each eye had different and very messy curls. I'm not happy at all with the result.

I was assisted by Hang, and she brought me back to life! No kidding, I’ve never felt so confident about myself and my hair in so long. She was great and knew exactly what I wanted and even offered me a product and tips on how to keep my hair the way I wanted it to look. When you come to Pretoria Salon & Spa, and want your hair done the way you want, go to Hang, she is a serious life saver.

I booked a spa pedicure with Jennifer and she showed up 15 minutes late to the appointment. The pedicure itself was terrible and she left my cuticles a mess and tried to say it was the lotion she put on my feet (it wasn’t). The original cost was $60 and she told the receptionist to only charge me half and instead he charged me $40. I let him know I wasn’t very happy with the service since she was late, did a bad job, and was rude. He very sarcastically told me to “have a blessed day.” This place does a bad job and obviously doesn’t care about customer service at all. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.Service: Pedicure

I was really happy with my hir highlights and hair cut and the hair stylist is really nice and friendly but one thing made me really sad is tht when i made the appointment the told me its 210 dollar all together but when i am about to leave thy told me my bill is 535 dollar I don’t think anyone would pay 535 for haircut n highlights thts really sad bcus i was thinking abut going to thm again in summer but now i am scared I don’t know how much they will ask me to pay next time.Service: Hairstyling
