I've been here several times, always with a good experience, until this past weekend. My pedicurist cut my toenail and surrounding skin way too short - I said "ouch" and "please stop" and she didn't even flinch, just kept going. It was bleeding Woke up today with an infection on that toe. Will not come back.

if i could give this place a million stars i would-- really just awesome work. i nearly walked into a wall walking back home because i couldn't stop staring at my nails afterwards. booked a last min appt for wedding nails, was seen that day, showed a design i saw off the internet, and Annie absolutely nailed it!! suggested stuff for the health of my nails too which was greatly appreciated because i have no clue. above and beyond.

I asked the nail technician to (1) NOT cut my natural nails which i prefer to keep long, (2) to keep the almond shape. She immediately CUT MY NAILS SHORT and when I said I was upset she offered to put extensions on them for extra charge. She DRILLED instead of trimming my cuticles and they still hurt the next day. In addition, she finished my dip manicure with gel and UV even though that's not how dip is applied and there are signs all over the salon that say that dip doesn't involve UV. Definitely not coming back.
