We just purchased another beautiful piece of furniture at Pompanoosuc showroom in Philadelphia. Again, we had the good fortune of working with Evan. He helped make the purchase seamless and when we expressed a small concern about the dresser that was delivered, he came to our home to inspect the problem and proceeded to fix it immediately. Great customer service.
Amazing experience. I worked for months with Evan to help me select the exact finish and custom size for a new table. He was patient and offered great suggestions, and the company sent me several custom samples as well. He also requested that a different showroom send a couple of chairs for me to try since they didn't have them here. The quality of the tables and chairs seemed excellent, though in the end, I decided that the style wouldn't work in my space. I felt like a valued customer, despite not having purchased anything. Very pleased with my cherry-wood Waterbury bed. The look and craftsmanship are beautiful. The whole Pompanoosuc Mills experience from shopping, to purchase, to delivery was first-class - prompt, responsive, informative, polite. Will definitely be back.
