Pole Empress offers an amazing pole fitness experience with supportive, skilled instructors who make everyone feel comfortable regardless of level. Every class challenges students while building strength and confidence. The atmosphere is fun, empowering, and welcoming. The studio is female black owned with amazing instructors, very inclusive, and a clean, organized, safe space for women of all sizes and the LGBTQ+ community. Class sizes are perfect—small enough for personalized attention but big enough for a fun, energetic atmosphere. Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, taking time to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged. There is no pressure to join a membership, classes run on time, and it is a private space with small classes so students get attention. The studio offers a variety of classes for all levels and styles. The pole sisterhood is strong, with fun sexy vibes and a welcoming environment for all walks of life. Private parties are also available, with friendly and accommodating instruction, clear communication about attire, parking, and fees, and detailed itineraries provided. The only complaint is classes fill up fast, so booking ahead is recommended.
Visiting from out of town so I went to a couple intro classes here. Awesome place to drop in or start your pole journey! I’m not intro-level myself, but the intro classes were still a great workout and the instructor was ready to offer modifications up. Overall vibe is friendly and appropriately challenging. The class packages are also really good deals.

I started going to Pole Empress a few months ago after leaving a very toxic pole studio & I have to say - it’s really nice to not be in a cult anymore.
They just got new floors! The teachers and owner are welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable. I’ve had a great time going to class, no pressure to join a membership, classes run on time, it’s a private space with small classes so you get attention.
My only complaint is classes fill up fast so you have to book ahead! Waitlists can get long but I hope that more classes will be added in the future.
