I have been going to see Bella for a cut and blonde highlights and I always leave feeling so beautiful! Platinum salon is always very clean and everyone there has been very friendly and professional. I love that Bella takes her time during my appointments and I never feel rushed out of the chair!

I have been going to Platinum for years. Nicole always does an amazing job from cut, color to blow out. The staff is so super friendly. I always feel at home there. I have ave referred several of my clients wives to Nicole they love it there too. Great salon with an amazing staff!

Just got my hair done there and color for the first time, and I absolutely love it! They did exactly what I asked for and what I showed! They whole staff was super nice and I can not wait to go back!

I went to Melanie last year for highlights and loved them I went back for my touch up but this time my hair got fried. The shampoo girl saw there was a problem with my hair and went to Melanie on what to do. Melanie told her to put this treatment on my hair. The next day I had to call them because my hair was like a Brillo pad, it was so badly damaged. So, fast forward to the other day I had an appointment with Melanie but had to change the time, she wasn’t available at the time I needed so I had a different girl put my touch up on. Melanie walked by me several times and never once came over to me to say hello or to check out my hair since she’s the one that was doing my hair and destroyed it. I found that to be very unprofessional and rude. I guess I’ll have to find a new place to get my hair done since as a customer I was not even noticed.

Went to Platinum a month ago and Sara was extremely helpful and patient. I had very long tangled up hair and I left feeling so much better. Today I had my hair died and got my stacked bob. Good prices!

It was an awful experience for me I just spend here 700 dollars and I was not happy with my keratine treated hair treatments .she told it stay like a 6 months but in one month it’s going to be messed I don’t know why .she ruined my hair
