Friendly staff, clean, not crowded

What a great place to workout if your in the city for business. Great hours and very clean facilities. James the fellow that runs the morning was great and always had a smile on his face and welcomed me everyday I came in. Customer service like this is hard to find these days and when you see a team member that genuinely loves his job I have to give them a shout out! Thanks @planetfitness for the great experience

Overall, I like this gym. It's generally clean, bright, and has working equipment. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Although I rarely use them anymore, I like the hydro massage chairs too. I also like that each cardio station has a TV. My only complaints are it's too freaking hot every time I use this branch, and the cable TV is often broken. Or, I'll get to the end of a show and it suddenly freezes! Why?! Really, I can deal with that. My larger concern is that it's truly too hot in this gym year round. For example, I can easily run 7-8 miles on the treadmill at the other PF I routinely use because it's a normal exercise temperature, whereas I struggle...read full review
