Lots of machines and free weights. The after work crowd is mostly serious minded workout enthusiasts. Which I appreciate. But I intend to be a part of the early early morning crowd that gets in before the before work rush.
It’s a great work out experience and everyone respects everyone else’s space!!!
Staff is awesome. Place is VERY clean and whole atmosphere is really positive but not overboard haha. Women's locker is very clean as well. More than enough equipment available for everyone. TVs on the cardio stuff is cool, I watched the news and it was clear on the screen, no issues. I'm excited to continue my fitness journey here!
