Good thing I didn’t go off the reviews because let me tell you I scheduled an appointment for my husband and they scheduled it for the very next week that surprised us because with him being a new patient usually takes months to be seen when we got there it was nothing like what we were expecting based off the reviews staff were very nice my husband only speaks Spanish and I didn’t need to be his translator lol they were able to provide him with one he liked the way they treated him and they definitely have a new patient with him so go and experience things for yourself I’m so glad we decided to no regrets😊
It's getting difficult to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone and call center didn't record my appointment. So I showed up at for an appointment and my name was on the list. Plus they claim the nurse'sschedule is full, but no one is in the waiting room.
After someone on the phone line didn’t record my appointment, they were able to squeeze me in. I saw a nurse called Lindsey and a CNRP Kathleen, and it was the best appointment I e ever had. They listened carefully to my concerns and gave expert care.
