My experience here was outstanding from start to finish. I hadn’t been seen here before and needed an urgent repair. They took my situation seriously and managed to fit me in same day. Every staff member I interacted with was so lovely, and Dr. Roberts was wonderful. The space is gorgeous too, and unlike any other dentist office. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best dentistry experience in Philadelphia! Whether it’s your first visit or your 50th, they make you feel right at home and comfortable, which isn’t always the case at a dentist’s office.

As someone who has spent half his life hearing from dentists who make things sound and feel hopeless, Philly Smiles has been a breath of fresh air. The environment is calm, relaxing, and well-kept, the FOH staff are all always on top of things, always kind and understanding, and always seem to be right up-to-speed with everything. And the whole care team there is amazing. Dr. Hauser has been my dentist and I cannot sing her praises enough. She looks out for her patients without judgement or shame, is easy to share concerns with, and takes my input, situations, and needs into account when making recommendations.
