I'm 33, getting older and worried about long term health, and was honestly a couch potato before I started here. I also have a bad shoulder, so I was nervous about getting into training at all. I figured I'd either tweak something or end up in over my head.
Matt Falkenberg has been my trainer and he's been awesome. He worked around the shoulder from the start, didn't push me into anything I couldn't handle, and built me up at a pace that actually made sense. I wanted to get in shape for camping and biking trips, and I'm finally there. Longer rides, full days outside, and I'm not wrecked the next morning.

I started training with Mike because I wanted to tone up and lose weight. At the time, I was a cardio-only girl and honestly intimidated by the weight room.
Now I’m doing barbell back squats, building muscle, and confidently navigating the gym on my own. I lift weights I never thought I’d be able to lift, and feeling myself get stronger has been a huge mental and physical unlock for me.

I've worked with Matt the past couple years and really enjoyed the challenging and variety of workouts. He is super knowledgeable and was able to cater to both my strengths and weaknesses during each workout. Highly recommend him!
