I’m so glad I finally moved over to Philadelphia’s Women’s Health & Wellness. Really nice place (clearly for women by women), easy in and out (once you figure out where they are!) and I had such a good visit with Dr. Kohl. I moved my care here from Penn so that I would actually have a doctor consistently and so I don’t have to go into center city. Very pleased with my experience from the front desk to the doctor.

Dr. Myers is extraordinary: professional, available to problem-solve in a timely manner and kind.

Dr. Keen is great! Every interaction I’ve had with both the staff and Dr. Keen has been professional, caring and attentive. They take the time to address any concerns with compassion and respect. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional care.

Dr Myers is such a lovely caring woman. She listens to concerns and works with you to find the best solution. I trust her immensely to provide outstanding medical care and advice. Her staff is equally helpful and welcoming

Usually I tell everyone this office is great and that the providers and staff are wonderful, however I had a very bad experience with Dr. Myers today and I don’t appreciate this as I’ve been a long time pt. This review is nothing against the front desk staff. I requested a medication for an issue that I am experiencing and typically I see Dr. Keen here. We had been communicating via their portal and Dr. Keen had specifically wrote yesterday that she would send a Rx as courtesy and must’ve forgotten to send it before she left. I proceeded to call today to follow up on this as I am experiencing symptoms that have me feeling very physically uncomfortable and Dr. Meyers spoke to me in the most unprofessional way. I explained to her my situation and she stated that what Dr. Keen wrote is not how I interpreted it and as even her staff understood the online message the way I did. She told me that I needed to come into the office for a visit but I explained that I don’t have health insurance nor the money to be seen at this time. I have also been seen over the summer which makes this within the one year timeframe for a Rx refill as any other office would and she kept giving me pushback. I was very frustrated during this call and am very disappointed in the way Dr. Meyers handled the situation. She told me that she didn’t have time for this and caught herself saying that and then stopped. She was very dismissive. I asked what the protocol is for receiving Rx refills because what I asked for is not a controlled substance and shouldn’t require a visit every time I need it. I am 100% sure of the Dx/symptoms that I have and did state this was a reoccurring issue and have explained this to Dr. Keen in the past. I stated otc Rx don’t work for me and that I specifically needed this pill/s. She then suggested that I go to urgent care or that she could recommend another GYN but I specifically told her again that I don’t have health insurance nor the money to be seen at this time. This is very frustrating as an established patient here and I will be leaving to another practice. As women, and being a woman herself she should understand the issues that I’m going through and what I’m feeling physically. She should be ashamed of herself for handling my situation in this manner. Please do not schedule with this doctor here!

Not as pleasant as I would like... Policies are strict that pose a risk of not getting seen.

Dr.keen was amazing, very professional, walks you through everything, super easy and simple.
