Been coming here for a couple years now let me just say the first thing ladies at the front desk are very friendly people . Came in today for my 6 month check up and cleaning , Dr.Patrick Guevara as usual was calm and professional and his assisant Jeanna were terrific.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, care, and attention to detail every time I visit. The cleanliness means everything. I absolutely love the gentleness and the empathy shown to me on every first. I want to especially thank Dr. D, Gabby, and Kierstin. Dr. D demonstrate and shows such sincere care. He's the perfect dentist in my eyes. Gabby and Kierstin is so personable and loving. The office phone had been so busy for such a period of time that I asked them both for their personal cellphone and without hesitation they shared their numbers with me. just wanted to give some feedback about my visit. Everyone was great overall, but one of the techs (older asian lady) perhaps Filipino… repeatedly spoke negatively about tattoos and about not wanting her children to have them while treating me. I have both arms fully tattooed, so it made me feel uncomfortable and judged during the appointment. I understand people have personal opinions, but I don’t think those conversations are appropriate around patients in a professional setting.
