We have never used a collection agency in the past, we would write everything off. Now I am kicking myself as Marcus and his team has collected on so many accounts we would have written off. If you are looking for a great team, this is it. And it doesn't cost you anything, you would have written it off anyway.
I had a commercial client who was way overdue on a payment. Unfortunately, due to my client not actually registering her business, we were unable to collect payment from her. However, I've learned so much through this process, and Marcus was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive with me.
