We have never used a collection agency in the past, we would write everything off. Now I am kicking myself as Marcus and his team has collected on so many accounts we would have written off. I had a commercial client who was way overdue on a payment. Unfortunately, due to my client not actually registering her business, we were unable to collect payment from her. However, I've learned so much through this process, and Marcus was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive with me. He taught me how I can prevent this from happening in the future and even provided me with templates that I can use moving forward in my business. It was through their thorough research that I learned my client was being untruthful about ever registering her business in the first place. This process also showed me ways I can tighten up my contract to mitigate this issue in the future. So, while we didn't collect, I know that their team is 100% capable of doing so as their knowledge shows. Would I use them again? Absolutely—and I hope you'll give them a try as well.
