I was having what I THOUGHT was a tension issue. This dude is FANTASTIC. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem & fixed it. There is a benefit when the mechanic/technician is also an expert sewist!!! And his pricing is affordable. I'll be back!

Mr O was courteous and the ultimate professional. I visited his shop with a rough idea of what I wanted to fabricate and he was able to walk me through every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

It is such a pleasure to write a review of Mr O and his wonderful company. My dog goes everywhere and has a stroller. Over time the stroller was still structurally solid but looking ragged and in need of an overhaul. Mr O creatively and expertly refreshed the stroller and it looks like new now! Expert sewing, reasonable price, wonderful to work with and quick turnaround made the entire experience PERFECT!!!!
