I came into Optimal Physical Therapy about 3 months ago with a diagnosis of frozen shoulder, experiencing such pain and limited range of motion that I thought for sure would require surgery at some point. The team at Optimal tailored a program of stretching and strengthening exercises geared toward addressing the pain and getting the shoulder to the "thawing" stage. After about a month I noticed the pain was subsiding and my range of motion was slowly improving, and after 2-3 months I would say I'm at about 85-90% and well on my way to a full recovery. This place is also a very fun and casual environment that actually made going to PT a little fun. Dr. Cathy, Dr. George, Sam, and Danny are all great and I can't recommend this place enough.
