I came across Next Level while Googling a barber for my boys and decided to give them a call. I was able to get a SAME-DAY appointment, which was definitely a plus! My 17-year-old’s haircut came out great, but unfortunately when I got home and really looked at my two youngest boys’ haircuts, I was DEVASTATED. 😩 I honestly didn’t think there was any saving them.

I immediately called the shop, and thank God someone answered. The shop was already closed, but Mr. Ali calmly told me to relax, bring the boys back, and that he would WAIT for us. That alone said a lot about his customer service.
