Very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time. Straight forward estimate via email. Gave good advice about a potential squirrel issue I was having. Seemingly the only exterminator in Philadelphia who owns a ladder.
Same day service for a squirrel issue, which really impressed me. Communication was timely and thorough and they came when they said they would. The staff were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Next Gen Pest control.
We were hearing something in our ceiling and every other company told us it was either mice or rats but after explaining the situation to Damien Jr he automatically said that it was squirrels and he was correct. Very professional, informative, and out of all the companies I called the price was fair but most of all they got the job done.
