Very disappointed with the service and appearance of the salon. The shop was not clean dirty flip flops, trash, and mop bucket the middle of the floor. I waited three hours before being serviced and was told the price was more if I wanted my braids all the same size. I had been to the salon prior and received good service and different experience. Also asking or expecting client to separate hair for boho styles should not be a part of the service. Clients pay to be serviced. The black community support and patronize these braiding shops and most of them don't offer a free bottle of water. I WILL NOT RETURN FOR SERVICE
Very disappointed with my experience today. I believe the braider was Ayesha. I asked for small butt length knotless. I asked for them to be full, even showed a video. The lady completely ignored my request and did what she wanted. Then when I got home I realized the back of my hair was not small and the parts were a mess. They changed me butt length but did even braid down to my waist. Smh . Also the place is NASTY! She was picking up combs and brushes from the floor then directly in hair, THE WORST PART IS THIS PLACE IS INVESTED WITH ROACHES. I will not be returning
When I say I found me a new braiding salon .I’m really picky with my hair ,this was my first time here . I absolutely love my hair .I found them on Tik Tok 10/10
