Let me start off by saying that I have been going here since I was 13. I can always count on them if I want my eyebrows done and they are super friendly. An old nail file was used. It was coming apart. The utencils were not visibly cleaned. I asked not to use the utencils and she did not. Ok job on the polish but areas of streaking.
