I went in for acrylic gel nails and left super happy! Right when I walked in, I was offered a seat and a water. It was a Wednesday about 30 minutes before closing so the place was empty. I had a gift certificate my husband had purchased for me and they happily took it and treated me like family. We talked about everything under the sun. Lucy did my nails - her shaping is fantastic! At the end, my hands were dipped in hot wax, a technique used to moisturize the hands and nails. I was also given a fabulous neck massage as I waited for the wax to harden. Truly a great experience! I thought this place did a great job when I went for a pedicure with my daughter and they were very friendly, however I went back a couple of weeks later with my daughter in law and we both chose a chrome finish for a gel manicure and pedicure - they turned out very nice and did involve an extra step that probably added a total of 2-3 minutes to the process - My daughter in law treated so I wasn’t paying total attention - but I later learned that they charged and additional $80 for the chrome polish - I think if what you ask for is going to cost an extra $10 per each hand and foot - that they should let you know ahead of time and after finding out that it cost $250...read full review
This place is fantastic! My girlfriend and I just got a mani pedi and they provide a great level of service. They have a hot stone massage, paraffin wax on your heels and hands. They gave me a shoulder and hand massage too! Prices are reasonable and they also have very sweet workers. I will for sure return!
