Called to confirm appointment twice with style length and COLOR came to shop and waited a hour until a stylist came and when she came she said they did not have the color and couldn’t do hair.. it’s the fact that I waited in shop a hour and called twice before coming just for them to tell me that they didn’t have color which she lied on the phone twice about

I reviced a sercive for micro braids. The style was beautiful however the individual who braded my hair was very abrasive she put absolutely too much hair on each braid. Not sure if I would return again. However if I decided to return I would have to have another brader do it

They make the middle of ya head extremely big...they braid and twist ya hair half way down than dip...i ask for my twist to be twisted all the way down..I was told they twist to a certain point. If I pay 4 a certain length u supposed to twist that entire length..and your back will be shorter than ya side..rhey get lazy and dnr stretch the hair..
