I'm so happy to see that this place is still open! I had my very first tattoo at Moo tattoo. I got a tramp stamp tribal tattoo with a purple heart and 23 years later it still looks good. I miss you guys and once I come back to Philly on South street, I'll come in and get another one!

Good service. Funny guys, chill environment. I got a half sleeve grizzly bear and cubs today, it came out great, fair price, Pain free. I'll be back. Five stars..... the people leaving one star reiews are lying.

I really enjoyed my experience here getting a tattoo with Noah. He was super friendly and nice and did my tattoo flawlessly in the style that I wanted. He is very amenable to changing size or location as many times as you want and makes sure your experience is as comfortable as possible.
