Briefly visiting Philadelphia and had a couple pairs of glasses that needed readjustment. Brittany assisted me and was a helpful and friendly conversationalist. Both glasses fit perfectly now too! Ideal customer service. Would come back if I lived here.

I can’t praise the staff at Modern Eye enough. Dr. Bryan, Will, and team are gems—they’ve been kind, helpful, educated, and patient with me from start-to-finish. I had some difficulties with a couple of prescription and frame-related concerns and they could not have been more considerate and genuine throughout. In the frames selection department, they offer unique options that are classy and high-quality. I’m thankful for this location and upstanding small business. (Stephanie)

I could cry, the whole staff was so gracious! I’d brought them a prescription from America’s Best down the street, which Modern Eye made into sunglass lenses for me. The new glasses were making me dizzy, so I went back to check. Turns out the America’s Best prescription was off, but Modern Eye still remade the lenses for free and even comped me the eye exam. I have some trauma around eye care after complications from lasik in the past and getting the run around from doctors, so finding clear and compassionate care means so much. Would recommend here to anyone over the big chain shops!
