The jewelry is nice, I was definitely able to find quality pieces within my budget, but the man(i believe his name is Rudy) was very rude. I felt rushed by him to hurry up and shop, as if I was a burden for being in the store, even though it was far from closing time. Nice jewelry but the customer service wasn’t it
Bought earrings for my wedding here. The staff was really nice, but on the big day, I opened the box to find one of the earrings didn’t have a backing. Luckily I had one from a different pair of earrings. Very disappointing.
The first time I went, I was told to wait outside even though there was only one person in the store. I thought maybe they were letting one person in at a time, but it turned out they seemed a bit selective about who they let in. I’m not going to lie, I felt a little discriminated against. I still bought some jewelry, but it kept bothering me, so I went back and returned it. It’s not the jewelry; they have an amazing collection, but I just think the service at this location could be better. I’d rather shop with them online instead.
