The staff is very friendly and takes their work seriously. They're not like what that person described; those are just rumors. I'm a regular at this place and visit often for massages. Today, my therapist was different—her name is Candy. She's not only gentle and caring but also has amazing technique. I think she's the best massage therapist I've encountered here. I really like her! If you decide to come here, I recommend asking for her. Candy is definitely a hidden gem!
