The thing I like about Mr. McIntosh is he's one of those old-fashioned type of man who cares about how he treats his clients, and he's honest. The first plumber I saw wanted to rip apart my tiled wall and replace my pipes and faucet and charge me $765?, but honest Mr McIntosh said all I needed was a washer at a much lower price?. Now I won't have to eat oodles of noodles? every night. It's so important to feel I can trust the person with the care of my castle ?. I now have a plumber.

He quickly responded, gave a detailed consultation, offered great pricing, and performed the work to the highest quality. He explained everything in a clear and concise way and is clearly knowledgeable and skilled. I am so satisfied with the results! He was highly professional, and responsive.
