The thing I like about Mr. McIntosh is he's one of those old-fashioned type of man who cares about how he treats his clients, and he's honest. The first plumber I saw wanted to rip apart my tiled wall and replace my pipes and faucet and charge me $765💸, but honest Mr McIntosh said all I needed was a washer at a much lower price😄. Now I won't have to eat oodles of noodles🍜 every night. It's so important to feel I can trust the person with the care of my castle 🏰. I now have a plumber.

I highly recommend McIntosh Plumbing LLC! McIntosh installed a garbage disposal, a new faucet, and several shut off valves in my kitchen. He quickly responded, gave a detailed consultation, offered great pricing, and performed the work to the highest quality. He explained everything in a clear and concise way and is clearly knowledgeable and skilled. I am so satisfied with the results! He was highly professional, and responsive. I will be using McIntosh for future plumbing projects!

Let's just say I am disappointed. Heater man that works with the plumber came out to fix heater. He had to come back multiple times to do additional work but problem still not fixed. He had to come out at least 5 times to turn heat back on because the heat would not stay on longer than two weeks sometimes not even a day. Instead of diagnosing it properly the first time he would rather piddle paddle with it to get my money. Ignored my calls; very unprofessional. Put used parts on! Basically I gave him $1400 for nothing. At the end tell me my heater is shot. Now I had to go with someone else. I am frustrated, hurt and just disappointed.?
