I came in just expecting to replace a tire, but the team discovered an issue with my strut. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they took the time to clearly explain the problem, why it mattered, and what my options were. They worked with my budget and helped prioritize what was needed to keep my car safe. Honest, professional, and customer-focused service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Got four new shoes for the s10. If you have any fine details to pass on make sure it’s relayed to the shop you’re booking at; I called the number provided for the woodhaven location and explained I may only need two tires. no sweat but he still ‘ordered’ four just in case. While I did anticipate needing the other two sooner than later it’s still a bit of a shock when the total comes out double what you expected to pay (they did not get the memo I left and mounted all four.) Gerry was great and showed the threads and also explained I was in fact not speaking to someone at the shop (call center.)
