Robert came by to do a general check up on the system and help put together a plan to ground some of our outlets. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. He was also considerate of us needing to work from home and be on calls as he worked. His explanations were helpful and easy to understand. Empire technician did an amazing work with my exterior potlights. He was able to quickly find the problem, and advise on how I should handle the situation with the contractor.
