She didn't do the job correctly I took my dress I had cut so they can cut cut right the dress to the cleaners N told her the front was long N this lady told me I needed to pay more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANER TO ANYONE.

stopped in to have a chiffon dress hemmed, my dress was 7 inches too long and they did a fantastic job for a great price! very kind and caring people, i highly recommend them

I needed my dress to be cut because it was super long. I chose this place due to it having 5 stars review. My dress wasn’t ready till 4 on a Saturday and they closed at 5:30. By the time I got home, it was too late to take it back.The dress was hem incorrectly. I was disappointed and upset because my event was the following day- Sunday.Not to mention she charged me $45.I would NOT be using this place again!I also added pictures to show how the dress is supposed to be and how she messed it up at the bottom.

By far the worst cleaners and customer service ever! I needed a repair near the crotch area very close to the seam on a pair of jeans and a seam on my pea coat came apart. When I received my pants and my coat back both of my items had fur on them. Neither one of my items are made with fur. Also, I ask for them to be cleaned and they never were. My coat had thread on it from the repair still hanging from where they repaired it at. My jeans that I needed repaired was repaired with grey thread and my jeans were BLUE. When I took my items back, I talked with Ms. Lee about how I was very disappointed with the service and how they could have handled the situation better by simply just making a phone call to let me know about the problem at hand that they were experiencing. The problem that they were having with making my pants is simply they did not have that color thread. Ms. Lee stated that she could not do anything about pants, however she was able to handle the issues I was having with my coat. She cut the extra threads that were hanging on the repaired part of the pea coat off and gave me a new ticket to come back 3 days later to pick up a coat that should have been cleaned before I received it back. Ms. Lee also stated the owner or someone else that could help me better with my situation with my jeans will be at this cleaner later to talk about it. So, I arrived after the time frame she said someone was going to be there. The owner Ms. Mi showed up and told me the best she could do with my jeans is if I go out and buy the thread myself and she would repair it. Unacceptable answer coming from the OWNER of this company. Another solution to my problem that came from Ms. Mi which was she take the materials away and she will not give me a refund because she did the work already. I was shocked and dismayed by the options she gave me. I told her that finally neither one of these options were acceptable and that the least she can do is give me a discount on this HORRIBLE work done to my pants which are now ruined and I will have to go out and buy another pair. By the way they are Levi and they are not cheap. So, at the end of the day I am stuck with a horrible repair job on my pants and a discount to place I would never go back to, UNLESS I needed socks repaired. Never mind so does anyone need this discount, it's $5 off? Oh, by the way it expires next month.

We have brought our dry cleaning here since it opened over 15 years ago. We actually followed the owner from the Castor avenue store to the Jenkintown store. I have gotten numerous reapirs and even have my wedding gown cleaned here. Quality is high and the stuff are kind. I think there was confusion over 1 itmebi. 15 years but it got resolved quickly. I feel like I can trust the store with important garments.
