The son Rob was patient and spent time to explain how to hand wash garments that did not necessarily need to be dry cleaned. He explained the risks of hand washing certain items of clothing. Rob also showed good judgment. He was able to determine his limits in tailoring and when to defer to his more experienced seamstress mother who works at the same dry cleaners

Rob went above and beyond! When I was misinformed by AKA University City about the dry cleaning turnaround time, I reached out to Rob in a panic. Without hesitation, he personally delivered my items a full day earlier than originally scheduled—and did so after hours, on his own time. While I was disappointed by the lapse in service from AKA, Rob truly saved the day by ensuring I had my suit in time for a critical final presentation. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without his help. An absolute lifesaver!
