Amazing hotel that cares about its customers. Last minute booking with Hospital rates were THE BEST in the city! Front desk attendant was caring, kind and just lovely. Luxury room amenities were a welcome treat. Would stay here again and will try to book at others when traveling. A+++++++
This was, without question, the greatest hospitality experience I have ever had. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at internationally recognized five-star resorts around the world, and while many have delivered exceptional service, the team at Loews set a completely different standard.
The difference wasn’t the amenities or the property—it was the people.

Very nice hotel, with clean spacious rooms with smart TVs. They have great service and are located in downtown philly. I enjoyed the brunch buffet (lots of options) and the HUGE GYM 💪with a separate room just for stretching ! Now, beeing in Downtown Philly also comes with it’s pros and cons …)
