We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel while visiting my son in Philadelphia. However, if you accidentally leave something behind in your room you may never get it back. I left my nightgown hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I have called 4 times to see if it could be sent back. Each time I was told that security would be calling me back to either arrange the return or start an investigation. No one from security has called. I emailed customer service and still have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service! Either don't be forgetful or stay somewhere else! Glad it was only a nightgown and not something expensive or irreplaceable. I'll be staying elsewhere in Philly in the future.

This was, without question, the greatest hospitality experience I have ever had. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at internationally recognized five-star resorts around the world, and while many have delivered exceptional service, the team at Loews set a completely different standard.
The difference wasn’t the amenities or the property—it was the people.
Every person I encountered made me feel like I mattered. Nothing felt scripted or transactional. It never felt like they were simply doing the job they were paid to do. They genuinely cared about creating meaningful moments and making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and valued. That is incredibly rare, and it’s something that cannot be taught.
Jamal immediately made me feel at home. Within seconds I could tell he possesses a rare leadership quality—the kind that naturally puts people at ease while elevating everyone around him. He has the “it” factor and would make an exceptional manager.
Kerrad was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout every interaction. Cesca was an outstanding manager, and I think the greatest testament to her leadership is the caliber of the team she has built. Great leaders create great teams, and that was evident everywhere I looked.
Lindsey, Synethea, Irene, and Elijah completely transformed my evenings after long conference days. They remembered my name, my order, greeted me every time I walked in, gave incredible recommendations, and always made time for genuine conversation. It reached a point where I genuinely looked forward to ending my day at the bar because I knew I’d be greeted by people who made me feel welcome. That feeling is priceless.
One evening they ran out of cucumbers, so I couldn’t order my favorite cucumber gimlet. Instead of simply apologizing, Lindsey crafted several custom gin cocktails based on what she thought I’d enjoy. They ended up being some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. She has an incredible talent and absolutely deserves the opportunity to create signature drinks for the menu.
Madison from room service also deserves special recognition. She handled a mix-up with my blueberry pancakes with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care that she turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable one.
My only area for improvement would be my dining experience at the restaurant on June 26. It was the only interaction during my stay that didn’t reflect the extraordinary level of hospitality demonstrated by everyone else. As someone dining alone, I already appreciated how welcomed every other employee made me feel. Unfortunately, my server repeatedly rushed away before I could finish speaking and brought my bill over twice because he mentioned his shift had ended some time ago. I also noticed he frequently hurried away to watch the World Cup match. I completely understand wanting to leave after a long shift, but guests should never feel like they’re an inconvenience or being rushed through their meal, especially at a hotel that otherwise delivers such an exceptional experience.
What makes Loews special isn’t the building—it’s the people inside of it. Every employee I mentioned made an ordinary hotel stay feel deeply personal and unforgettable. In an industry where exceptional service is expected, your team delivered something far more meaningful: genuine human connection.
I travel often, and I can confidently say this is the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for creating memories I’ll carry with me long after this trip is over.

Worst behavior I ever experienced in a hotel! Never being disrespected and treated like this from a woman working as security Jellsa Matias and front desk woman who laughed to all. They basically left me to stand in front of my door without working key for an hour. Terrible rude disrespectful behavior, a hotel should never have people like this working!

Very nice hotel, with clean spacious rooms with smart TVs. They have great service and are located in downtown philly. I enjoyed the brunch buffet (lots of options) and the HUGE GYM 💪with a separate room just for stretching ! Now, beeing in Downtown Philly also comes with it’s pros and cons …)

Good hotel. Nice spacious room - the curtains had a few open spots that you couldn’t really close and made the room a bit too clear on early mornings. The rooms did not have channels broadcasting the World Cup, which is a silly move given most people were there for the event. They also charge for higher speed internet (fast enough for streaming) - you have no idea how cheap this comes across at.
