Matt helped me two days in a row. First, he unlocked my car and made me a spare key on the spot. The next day, when my battery gave me trouble, he answered my call, diagnosed the issue immediately, and even stopped by on his way to another job to get me going again. Lost keys for a wall-mounted mailbox and a jimmy-proof deadbolt. Called the store and Matt came out the same afternoon. He made quick work of both locks and put a new cylinder into the deadbolt that he was able to key to match my other locks, so now one key works on them all. Everything was done in under an hour and cost about $200. Great, quick, and friendly service at what I believe is a fair price. Hopefully I don't lose my keys again but if I do, these guys will be who I call.
