Was very professional quick and easy and Steve resolved all my issues with the lock. He was knowledgeable and impressive. I would give him 10 👍🏽😊
Steve was my guy, he showed up when I needed him and executed. He did his job correctly and when I thought it would be more for the extra work he did to insure his work l. He replied, 'I Do my job right'

Kevin got me back into my house and then installed a new deadbolt and bottom lock. He was extremely professional and polite, straightforward, clear and worked efficiently. He was also very neat. He kept me abreast of his timings and called when he said he would which enabled me to get out of the cold and get coffee. He was respectful of the home. Kevin also listened & took onboard an unrelated concern I had had with the previous lock and the new ones he installed remediated it. I would definitely use this company again… although I hope I won’t need to! :)
