The space is a blank slate perfect for any event or artistic endeavour. Owner/manager a bit much to contend with... Knowing that going in will help with your tolerance level, be prepared to be ultra micro managed and because of that, be a stickler with EVERYTHING being recorded on your contract. Truthfully kind of overshadows the artistic flow that should be unleashed.

We had my parents 30th wedding anniversary here and I'm so glad we did! Jen and her staff gave us so many ideas for décor and great referrals for vendors and were so nice and responsive via email. Using their preferred vendors made it a lot easier in helping to make the space just what we needed! Everything turned out wonderful, our parents had a great time and everyone was very impressed. One tip I would share is that you should definitely plan on having a planner as that is mandatory but I'm glad I did as she was able to work with the cater and make sure everything was well planned and staffed!

I attended an opening event at Location 215 located in the back of 990 Spring Garden. The space has been revamped into a fabulous event space. The entrance is cool with the rainbow steps. Inside the entrance is elegant with a hint of pop. The space is almost all white so any design touches really stand out as you can see with the pink sofa! Two fairly large spaces are available on either side of the entrance. You can rent 1 or both. The vendor list has amazing caterers, lighting, design, cocktails, etc Everything you need for a wedding, party or corporate event!
