Nelson, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He showed us all the best and affordable options of SPC flooring that we were interested. He gave us samples to take home and gave us advice on how to get all the other flooring material for the project. We went to 6 different flooring stores and this was the place that gave us the best price, materials and personal assistance. I'd recommend anyone needing flooring projects done to check out this location and ask for Nelson.

Jack Diamond is the heart, soul, and backbone of this location. He went way beyond his duty as a manager to help me load, pick a good floor, at a wonderful price. Highly recommended.

I went to get flooring this evening for a bedroom in my home. The Sales Rep (can't remember his name) was very patient and helpful!! There were so many choices, and he checked on every single one I picked until I finally decided on one. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a while.If you do decide to visit the Roosevelt Blvd location, park in the Party City parking lot. Then you can walk on the side to get to the entrance.
