I've worked with many attorney's , good attorney's. if your looking someone to handle your case , for someone to break all legalities and " integrity" within law, someone who doesn't have a problem with dishonesty. This is the guy. His connections with judges will speak for itself.

I hired Mr. Freddy Godoy for a child custody case and had a horrible experience. Mr. Godoy failed repeatedly to notify me of important events associated with my case; Freddy failed to be cognizant of important deadlines; he neglected to negotiate with our counterparts an agreement that I needed to protect my interests, exposing me to unnecessary risks that could have costed me many tens of thousands of dollars; Freddy Godoy failed to gather records I needed; Mr. Godoy accidentally communicated to our adversary information that had to be kept confidential; he was just inattentive, sloppy, forgetful and distracted. My Advice, DO NOT HIRE FREDDY GODOY.

Mr. Godoy was the awesome/amazing lawyer. We explain to him what we want it and that was the best fit for the children and Mr. Godoy made it happen and keep his word. If you’re looking for a lawyer, that is fair and thinks of what best Mr. Godoy is your guy!!

I hired Mr. Godoy for a custody case. My child's mother currently has primary custody but hasn't seen our daughter in over a year. As a father I was concerned the court would favor the mother. Mr Godoy went above and beyond. He prepared a case that extremely thorough and he executed flawlessly in the court room. Not only did we win our custody case but I was awarded SOLE legal and physical custody. An outcome better then I had hoped for. If you are involved in a custody matter, it is without question that you seek the aid of Mr. Godoy. I'm certain without his experience I would not have won this case.
