I stopped by on a rainy Tuesday afternoon for a manicure and facial, mostly because my friend had a gift card she wanted me to use with her. The nail technician was funny and easy to talk to, which made the appointment go by quickly. My facial started almost 20 minutes late because they were short-staffed that day, and I was honestly getting irritated, but the manager apologized directly instead of pretending nothing happened. They added a complimentary scalp massage during the treatment, which completely changed my mood. My skin looked noticeably brighter by the evening and the redness around my nose calmed down a lot. I can’t recommend A Touch of Lavish enough! Jenée styled all of my bridesmaids’ hair on my wedding day and finished right on time, which helped the whole morning run smoothly. She really listened to everyone’s vision and made sure each style felt personal while still looking cohesive as a group. What impressed me most was how calm and professional she remained throughout the day. She was also one of my bridesmaids and is my best friend, yet she balanced being part of such a special moment while still showing incredible dedication to her work. Truly talented and reliable—I’m so grateful to have had Jenée as part of my wedding day!
I really enjoyed my first visit to A Touch of Lavish! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere had such positive energy. I noticed that every client leaving looked amazing. I saw people getting their locs retwisted, braids installed, and sew-ins done, while I had my natural hair pressed, curled, and trimmed. I’m excited to make this my new salon!
