I actually didn’t get any service done. But my Mom did and she’s hooked. My best friend recommended it. One of the customers has been coming for 2+ years. I’m looking forward to getting a pedicure soon! Wait I forgot I got my eyebrows done and she did an amazing job!!!! Everything was cleaned and sanitized. The wait time is good too!

I go to Lavender every so often for a pedicure. Today I was unpleasantly surprised…I chose the spa pedicure and my color. I originally was going to get gel polish on my toes, as I always do. I changed my mind reminding myself it’s mid winter and I don’t get my toes done as often, so I should get regular polish incase want to remove and do at home. When the nail tech looked at my toes after soaking, she asked if I had gel on, when I said yes, she proceeded to tell me it would be a $5 removal fee. I asked if I got the gel (also an additional $10 fee), if there would still be a removal fee, she said yes.I am truly shocked that their regular clients are okay with that....read full review
