Working with Lauren and the LTD design team exceeded anything we could have hoped for. Lauren’s extensive knowledge of structure, space and design is unmatched. Not to mention her communicative, collaborative approach and patience made our entire experience stress free. This was additionally noticed by our construction team who were able to execute the plans without confusion. We were able to complete our project on time and at budget. I truly say this. The results speak for themselves. Our home was transformed seamlessly and it’s beautiful. We cannot recommend Lauren enough.
It was a pleasure to work with Lauren Thomsen Design for a multi-use three story property. Lauren investigated the neighborhood's history to create an exterior that would blend seamlessly with the architectural style of the area. Her team also put a lot of thought into maximizing use of space and making the best use of the lot. The design was good enough to win a bid from the city and I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend LTD.
