Ordered a sectional in MARCH. Was told 8-14 weeks. Their delivery windows are exaggerated at best, straight up lies at worst. Sectional continues to get delayed week after week. It’s exhausting. Don’t order from here. Their products aren’t worth the headache unless you have 6+ months to wait. This is my latest update and I can guarantee that by Friday, I’ll have another updated photo of it getting delayed again.

Add 2-4 months to their expected delivery quotes and don’t expect to get any transparency or the ability to speak with anyone on the phone.

I bought a couch in March and I have only watched the expected delivery window move back by a week, week by week. I don’t know if the couch was made, if it’s in the united states, if it’s on a truck somewhere or anywhere in between. I know their internal systems show the progress of my couch but because they make it impossible to speak with someone on the phone directly, I am unable to plan accordingly or understand my options.
