The owner is very honest and let me know the stains on my shirts may not come out since they were tough stains (oil marks) but to my surprise they were able to get them out! I would have appreciated the honesty even if she was unable to get the stains out. Would highly recommend.Service: Alterations“

“I came once before for a mending on my light green turtleneck. I picked it up the next week. It turned out great and you couldn't tell there was a hole there.I came in another time recently for a mending on my gray pants and he fixed the hole right there. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Picked them up a week later and they were expertly done.For example, I have a two layer chiffon-type fabric top and she sewed the layers separately (probably more than double the work and beyond what I would have expected).Highly recommend.“

“Cleaned my Ugg boots, one pair I'd had for about 3 years, the other 2 years. Took 3 weeks, didn't change out the insoles, not even sure it was an option. One boot has a little damage from brushing.. but nevertheless my boots were cleaned and look pretty good. And at a fraction of what it costs to buy a new pairs, let alone two.“
“My husband used Franklin Cleaners frequently when we lived in NxNW. They always did a prompt, nice job and were very friendly to him. I felt compelled to write a 5 star review because of our most recent experience. My husband dropped off dry cleaning in the end of March 2021. We moved out NxNW in April 2021. Franklin Cleaners called to remind him about his dry cleaning still being there in July 2021. He finally mentioned to me in January 2022 that he might still have clothes there. I was sure that they wouldn't have held onto them for nearly a year, but I was wrong. Franklin Cleaners still had them and were super kind and understanding when I went to pick them up. Technically we don't live in this neighborhood anymore, but I'll be making an effort going forward to use Franklin Cleaners anyway because of this thoughtful experience.“
